Description

This is the pre-bagged green tea blend of Sencha, rose, ginger, and lavender called “Scarlet Summer” that has been grown at the foot of Mt. Fuji.

Sencha means the “first flush” or the first pickings of the new leaves in spring. This selection is from Shizuoka, Japan.

Great for multiple steeps and has a moderate yet distinct flavor.

We enjoy steeping at 175° F for 45 seconds and lightly increasing the time with each steep.

Steep time: 45 seconds to 1 minute

Steep temperature: 175° F

Caffeine level: low – 5%~10% the caffeine of a cup of coffee
