Great for multiple steeps and has a moderate yet distinct flavor.
We enjoy steeping at 195° F for 1 minute and lightly increasing the time and temperature with each steep.
Steep time: 60 seconds to 2 minutes
Steep temperature: 195° F-205° F
Caffeine level: moderate to high – 20% the caffeine of a cup of coffee
