Oolong teas are very rare in Japan and this is a unique find from Shizuoka, Japan. This is an in-between tea with both oolong, Roasted, and black tea features.
Great for multiple steeps and has a moderate yet distinct flavor.
Oolong teas are often enjoyed with or after an oily, greasy, or meat- heavy meal as they are known for helping with digestion.
We enjoy steeping at 195° F for 2.5 minutes and lightly increasing the time with each steep.
