Description
This is a New Japanese tea called Daikancha. Made from leaves collected during the coldest part of the growing season.
During the winter the roots and leaves of the tea plant store up nutrients. By using these leaves, which hold the most sweetness, the world’s earliest-harvested “New Tea” is a mild, sweet variety.
This selection is from Shizuoka, Japan.
